This year we visited again Food Ingredients Europe, the biggest food ingredients fair in Europe. Although the fair saw slightly less visitors than in previous years, it was nevertheless an opportunity, after a break due to the COVID pandemic, to meet with the existing suppliers, discuss the current market situation and agree on the market appearance strategy in 2022. It was also an opportunity to establish contact with new, potentially interesting suppliers to complement our current portfolio.
